Role Full-Stack Engineer

Seniority : 4 to 10 years (Senior to Staff level)

Location : San Francisco or New York (4 days in-office, Monday-Thursday)

Compensation :

Salary : $190K to $250K

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex technical products

Collaborate cross-functionally to define the technical roadmap and architecture

Provide high-quality technical feedback through reviews and blueprints

Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and refine features

Qualifications

4 to 10 years of full-stack engineering experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

Computer Science degree from a top-tier engineering school

FAANG or startup training strongly preferred

Proven experience leading complex technical projects

Strong frontend (UI) and backend (API and infrastructure) skills

Highly product and user-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Operates with a founder's mindset , comfortable in ambiguity and ownership
