Sales Consultant – Ricart Automotive

Join the Ricart Automotive family — the nation's largest single-point auto mall and a third-generation, family-owned business that's been trusted since the 1950s. With 67 acres, seven new-car brands, a massive pre-owned showroom, and an unmatched customer experience, Ricart is where driven people build real careers.

What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through a welcoming, no-pressure vehicle buying experience
  • Present vehicles, offer test drives, and explain features, pricing, and value
  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
  • Work closely with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Achieve personal income goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated, customer-focused professional who loves helping people
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
  • ability to be on your feet throughout the day
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
