Schedule :  Monday – Friday, 5 : 30 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Pay Range :  $17 – $19 per hour

Job Summary :

Join our team as an Electrical Assembler and play a vital role in the manufacturing of electrical wire harnesses, power cords, and related sub-assemblies. You'll be responsible for assembling, cutting, and wiring components to meet quality standards and production goals, ensuring safety and efficiency in every task.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble electrical wire harnesses, power cord sub-assemblies, and wire components following detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, diagonal wire cutters, wrenches, and power tools to facilitate precise assembly operations.
• Cut, strip, and wire components to specification, ensuring all connections are secure and meet quality standards.
• Operate Work Instructions (WIPS) and other documentation tools to track work completion, quantities, and production dates.
• Observe and adhere to all safety procedures; utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, consistently following safety guards and preventing any modifications or removal of safety devices.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe conditions immediately to supervision.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
