Location & Flexibility

Our Senior AI Project Manager is an integral part of our AI & Data team at WillowTree. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity (Tuesdays, Wednesdays

• , Thursdays). This role can be located in Boston, MA, Columbus, OH, Charlottesville, VA, or Durham, NC.
• Wednesdays are not required in Boston, MA.

The Opportunity

As a Senior AI Project Manager, you'll be a key member of project leadership, working closely with Data Science and AI Engineers and key stakeholders, while growing partnerships and managing project expectations, timelines, and resources. You'll lead negotiations throughout the project development process and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders. Your expertise in project management methodologies and your ability to adapt to changing project needs will be crucial for success in this position.

This role is ideal for experienced project managers who excel in client-facing environments, have a track record of successful project delivery within complex environments, and can effectively lead and motivate diverse teams.
