Leasing Specialist – Cincinnati, OH

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Pay : $18 / hour

BGSF is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our client’s property management team in Cincinnati! If you’re passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of Fair Housing laws , this could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist prospective residents, showcasing available units and community amenities
• Accurately process applications, leases, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations
• Maintain occupancy and retention goals through excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
