Descripción del trabajoPosition is based in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital setting Night shifts from 7 : 00pm to 7 : 30am, three 12-hour shifts per week Patient population includes high acuity, complex cases in a Level 1 Trauma environment Use of EPIC EMR is required for all documentation No floating, call, or travel partner arrangements allowed Responsibilities include interdisciplinary care, evidence-based practice, performance improvement, patient and family education, and team collaboration Role involves compliance with patient safety and core quality initiatives Participation in unit-based councils and process improvement projects expected Maximum of 7 requested days off allowed per 13-week contract Contingent workers may not serve more than one year at the facility without a 6-month break before returning First-time travelers will not be considered for this assignment Specific documentation deadlines and pre-employment requirements must be met prior to assignment start Scrub / dress code details will be provided upon acceptance Active IL RN license (or temporary license) required at the time of consideration Minimum of one year relevant ICU nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required Documented EPIC charting experience and Level 1 Trauma experience are required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required Must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not eligible High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
