Position Details :

Facility : BayCare Health System, Inpatient and Outpatient Locations

Location : Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Dunedin, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Winter Haven, Plant City

Status : Full-Time, Part-time, Pool / PRN available, Exempt : No

Shift Hours : days, evening, nights, weekends available - will discuss

Shift : 4, Varies

Weekend Work : Occasional

On Call : Yes

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities :

• Performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• May perform minor invasive procedures and support operating room and emergency department diagnostic imaging services.
• Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation.
• Must have customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills.
• Possesses computer skills appropriate to the position.
• Preferred 1 year experience in CT Technologist, Electrocardiogram and / or MRI

Requirements :

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Registry Eligible; OR - ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) - within 6 months

Radiology - State of Florida

Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR Associates Degree - Radiology
