Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems, infrastructure, and support operations. The ideal candidate is technically adept, innovative, reliable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical position.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices along with data protection and compliance.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Admin Console and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, TalkDesk, Krisp, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and timeliness.
