Job Description
As a Security Professional – Education Campus Patrol in Lexington, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an educational environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a secure atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming and supportive location.

What You'll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards encountered during patrols.Assist visitors, students, and staff with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency personnel as required by site protocols.Complete detailed and accurate reports on all security-related activities and incidents.What We're Looking For

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Criminal history will be considered consistent with applicable laws.Subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations.Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.Why Join Us
