Must Have Technical / Functional Skills :

  • Experience : 10-12 years of experience in managing Sitecore applications
  • Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Sitecore, .NET, C#, ASP.NET SQL, Solr reports
  • Certifications : .NET and Sitecore certification is desirable
  • Communication : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting user incidents for any issues with the application functionality.
  • User Queries
  • Data Fix
  • User Permissions / Access to Apps
  • Engage with ADI SME / Level 3 to resolve requests requiring L3 Support
  • Performing the Break Fix and migration to QA
  • Support during standard upgrades / patching of servers in terms of smoke testing the applications once the patching / upgrade is complete

    • Generic Managerial Skills

  • Ability to work with the offshore team, being onsite lead
  • Interacting with customers

    • Salary Range : $41,000-$135,000 a year#LI-CM2
