Piper Companies is currently looking for an entry level Quality Control Raw Materials Associate in Elkridge, Maryland (MD) to work for an innovative and growing Pharmaceutical company. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or Jr. QC personnel to receive mentorship and get a foot in the door of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Responsibilities for the Quality Control Raw Materials Associate include:
·Perform routine testing on raw materials in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
·Perform routine release of all quarantined materials in support of manufacturing production
·Routine MVI training and testing of all media fill and Leukocyte Interleukin, Injection drug lots in support of manufacturing production schedule
·Maintain proper documentation in adherence to GMP/GDP standards
·Order components, supplies, chemical and reagents, as needed
·Participate in periodic audits of supplies inventory, as needed
Qualifications for the Quality Control Raw Materials Associate include:
·Hands on experience within a laboratory environment preferred (academic or work experience)
·High school diploma and 4+ years’ experience (or equivalent experience in related field)
·A.A. and 2+ years’ experience (or equivalent experience in related field)
·B.S. and 0-1 years’ experience (or equivalent experience in related field)
Compensation for the Quality Control Raw Materials Associate include:
·Hourly compensation is $./HR - $./HR
