Butler Automotive Group is a growing dealership group dedicated to reliable service and financial integrity. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

What You'll Do

As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will :

Maintain verified accounts-payable records and reconcile vendor statements.

Prepare and issue vendor payments, including checks and disbursements.

Post open items in accounts payable on a daily basis.

Print and maintain accounts payable reports and files.

Reconcile ledgers to ensure payments align with dealership schedules.

Maintain petty cash system and track cash-flow needs for payable dates.

Audit freight bills and handle vendor / freight inquiries.

Assist with monthly closing operations.

Provide analysis of accounts as needed.

Support accounts receivable and special accounting projects when assigned.

Keep a clean, professional workspace and maintain a neat appearance.
