About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic force that drives the growth and adoption of its transformational products. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and developing marketing strategies that align with the company's global goals and the unique thrusts of its products. This role involves building and leading a global marketing team, with a strong focus on digital channels, and supporting the team in executing a wide array of marketing mediums. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in contributing to product and sales strategy, managing communications to various stakeholders, and serving as the voice of the customer to maximize the company's value proposition.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in both B2C and B2B marketing. An analytical mindset, deep experience with CRM systems, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in the marine industry or a strong interest in recreational boating, and experience in high-growth or transformational technology. A Master's degree and experience in adjacent business functions such as sales, strategy, engineering, or finance are also desirable.
