Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in a variety of construction projects, collaborating with various teams and ensuring effective site administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the review of project documents during the pursuit phase, preparing essential deliverables and participating in pre-bid site visits.
• Evaluate proposals and research costs of labor, materials, and equipment to determine total project costs.
• Develop preliminary engineering and construction schedules.
• Create General Conditions based on project specifications, including determining staff needs and safety measures.
• Work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and safe project completion.
• Manage the delivery and installation of materials and equipment, while also assisting in the review of construction documents and addressing any requests for information (RFIs).
• Conduct site inspections to maintain Quality Control (QC) and work with Health and Safety professionals to assess subcontractor safety performances.
• Participate in project close-out processes including completing contract-required deliverables, final inspections, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Use innovative tools such as VDC and BIM to support project execution when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with no prior work experience required. Some domestic and/or international travel may be needed based on project demands. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
