Product Marketing Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate who thrives on uncovering insights and turning them into action. You'll play a key role in shaping how we understand the competitive landscape, track product performance, and position our offerings in the market. This is a hands-on role for someone who's curious, analytical, and passionate about driving go-to-market success through data and storytelling. Key Responsibilities

  • Support competitive research and analysis to help Trax stay ahead of market trends and emerging threats.
  • Deliver actionable insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather customer feedback and market signals.
  • Help craft compelling value propositions and enablement materials for sales teams.
  • Contribute to product launches with competitive context and positioning support.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Track and report on the impact of competitive intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in product marketing, market research, or competitive intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Crayon, Klue, SimilarWeb).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Passion for storytelling and translating data into strategic insights.
