AI Transformation Consultant

A company is looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to lead client engagements from strategy to execution in AI workforce transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end AI workforce transformation engagements, including assessment and execution

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and employee interviews to align on goals for AI adoption

Own account growth by convincing clients to choose the company as their implementation partner for change management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of consulting experience in organizational consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise software deployments

Strong technical knowledge of LLMs and AI capabilities related to workforce deployments

Experience in deploying change management principles to achieve business outcomes

Proven sales experience with consulting services and revenue responsibility

Exceptional communication and presentation skills effective with executives
