Founding Content & Creative Lead

Overview

We're looking for a content-obsessed creative who can tell stories, experiment with formats, and translate technical ideas into content that resonates. This role will own everything from social videos to long-form blogs to case studies. If you're the kind of person who notices the difference between "good enough" and "polished," loves taking ideas from 0 ? 1, and thrives in a fast-moving startup, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

• Define Meridian's content engine : write, edit, and publish blogs, case studies, guides, and more.
• Drive social presence : create short-form videos, posts, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter / X, and emerging channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : work with founders, product, and design to turn insights into content that educates and inspires.
• Experiment constantly : test new formats, styles, and creative approaches; measure performance and double down on what works.
• Maintain a high bar : ensure everything we publish reflects Meridian's voice, positioning, and attention to detail.
