Territory Sales Representative

Advocate Construction is a leading residential and commercial roofing company dedicated to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and community. We're hiring Sales Representatives who are motivated, driven, and passionate about making a difference. In this role, you'll connect directly with homeowners to educate them about roofing and restoration solutions while guiding them through the process from inspection to installation. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong people skills, a competitive spirit, and the drive to build lasting relationships while achieving ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners to identify their roofing and exterior restoration needs
  • Conduct property inspections (including roof assessments; must be comfortable climbing ladders)
  • Educate customers on available products, warranties, and services
  • Manage your customer pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion
  • Represent Advocate Construction's brand and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
  • Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field-based industries a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background / MVR checks
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel for annual sales training
  • Compensation & Schedule :

  • Guaranteed weekly base pay + uncapped commission. Top performers earn $80,000–$100,000 in their first year.
  • We provide comprehensive training, leading technology, and continuous support— no prior roofing experience required.
  • The most successful representatives work flexible, customer-facing hours (10 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday–Friday, with Saturdays included).
