Computer Maintenance Support Specialist, Journeyman (VTC focus)

Overview

Support mission-critical systems for the United States Space Force as a Computer Maintenance Support Specialist, Journeyman at Schriever, SFB. This role ensures uninterrupted operations of complex IT, audio / visual, and communication infrastructure supporting distributed mission operations at multiple classification levels.

Pay : $95,000 - $110,000

Essential Duties

• AV & Computer Systems Maintenance
• Install and calibrate audio / visual systems including VTCs, TVs, video walls, and switching / control systems.
• Destruction of End-of-Life equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors on large scale projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software issues in computers, AV, and network systems.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and equipment continuity documentation. Support shipping, packaging, and tracking of AV, computer, and networking hardware.
