Job Description : JBW Federal is seeking to hire an experienced engineer to support the development and execution of Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects for the Department of Defense. This position provides technical, advisory, and project management support for ERCIP-funded energy resilience projects, often integrated with ESPC or UESC efforts. The selected candidate will support up to 20 ERCIP projects annually, providing technical review of cost estimates, project scopes, life cycle cost analysis, and programming documents. This position is based in Panama City, FL and requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
