Travel Coordinator

SafeRide Health is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Travel Coordinator to join our Travel Operations team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end travel logistics for members traveling for medical care, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and dignified experience. You'll be the primary point of contact for members, health plans, and vendorsbalancing accuracy, efficiency, and empathy in every interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in travel coordination or similar logistics-based role.
  • 1+ year experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong data entry skills; ability to manage high call volume and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of cost tracking, budgeting, or service expense management.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college coursework or degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid NEMT guidelines.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
