This locum tenens opportunity is available for physicians to cover unplanned GYN and some OB emergencies, with flexible start dates beginning in October.   • Provide emergent GYN procedures and some OB procedures as necessary.
  • Cover call shifts for one week per month, with a requirement of consecutive shifts.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive care.

    • Qualifications

  • Board Certification in OB / GYN required
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Comfortable handling emergent GYN patient scenarios
  • Not required to handle deliveries or NICU responsibilities

    • Working Hours

  • Scheduled for 7-day call shifts, 24 hours from Sunday AM to Sunday AM

    • Skills

  • Proficiency in laparoscopic diagnostic / minor surgical procedures
  • Ability to perform major operative gynecology, such as ectopic pregnancy and cystectomy
  • Strong decision-making skills in emergent situations
