Program Manager - 360 Marketing

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Program Manager - Marketing to join their team. As a Program Manager - Marketing, you will be part of the marketing department supporting key 360 marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, advanced project management abilities, and a creative problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Program Manager - 360 Marketing

Location : : Wilmington Delaware, 19801 - hybrid, 3 days onsite

Pay Range : $60 - $65 per hour

What's the Job?

Support the team in the development of comprehensive 360 marketing campaign plans for new products and services offered by US Personal Banking.

Manage and track comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, identifying key dependencies, and developing reports to provide transparency to the organization.

Track key decisions, risks, and challenges, promptly escalating concerns to the program team.

Support the 360 Program Managers in key meetings engaging stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Controls, and Tech.

Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.

What's Needed?

2-5 years of experience in Marketing and retail banking / financial services industry.

Attention to detail, advanced project management skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.

Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding , its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
