Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for a motivated and dependable Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead to join our leadership team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that our team delivers quality food with speed, accuracy, and care.

Pay Range : $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Shift Availability : 5 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM or 11 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 PM (must have full availability for one of these shifts)

Responsibilities :

• Lead BOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Model and maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Support and coach team members to maximize performance and teamwork
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, and kitchen flow to meet demand and uphold quality
• Communicate clearly with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure timely service
• Assist with opening / closing responsibilities as scheduled
• Uphold and enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Chick-fil-A policies
