Base pay range

$25.00 / hr - $32.00 / hr

Title : Telecommunications Technician 1

Location : Onsite, Las Vegas, NV Monday through Thursday, 30-40 hours per week

Compensation : $25 / hr. - $32 / hr.

Duration : 9-12 months, possibility for extension

The Telecommunications Technician I will be responsible for the following :

• Configuration of desk phones, caller ID, and reset voicemail settings using Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Process requests; remove users from Calero (TEM) personnel records and update the WS1 (Workspace ONE) spreadsheet accordingly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating address locations, product types, and service statuses for both wireless and wireline products, including IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities.
• Support mobility operations including device activations, mobile device troubleshooting, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) processes.
• Document all work performed in ServiceNow, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with departmental Telecom Liaisons to provide information, training, technical support, and assistance with telecommunications equipment and services.

an associate's degree and equivalent experience working onsite with government agencies.
