A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant I.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and perform analysis on policy language, regulatory changes, competitor products, market needs, and emerging issues
- Develop and maintain policy forms, policyholder notices, and manage timelines for research, development, filing, and implementation
- Identify and track regulatory changes at the state and federal level and notify key stakeholders to ensure compliance
