Descripción del trabajoProgram and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices to execute desired control strategies. Develop and implement software for automated control, data acquisition, and real-time monitoring. Troubleshoot and debug control software to ensure smooth system operation. Integrate control systems with mechanical components, electrical systems, and software applications. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 4+ years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or a related field. Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text) and HMI / SCADA systems. Strong understanding of control system theories, algorithms, and principles. Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet / IP). Familiarity with hardware components such as sensors, actuators, motor drives, and industrial robots. Ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues and implement effective solutions.

Base pay range
$90,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr
This company has two openings for mid / senior level controls engineers. One opportunity on the general industrial automation team, and one opening on the automotive automation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design control architectures, including selection and integration of sensors, actuators, PLCs, and other hardware components.
- Develop and implement control algorithms to achieve desired system performance, accuracy, and reliability.
