RCM Quality Performance Associate

A company is looking for a RCM Quality Performance Associate responsible for supporting MACRA and Dictation Feedback program initiatives within the revenue cycle management department.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data for strategic decision-making

Create and maintain workflows and documentation for RCM Quality processes

Conduct performance reviews and develop educational materials for staff

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD 10, and MACRA coding preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with Smartsheet and SQL Server Management Studio preferred

Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
