About the Role :

DWB is currently hiring a Teller / Customer Service Representative at our Bowman, ND location. Were looking for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. If you're passionate about helping people and enjoy working in a collaborative, community-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions
  • Open and manage personal and business deposit accounts
  • Promote and explain DWBs financial products and services
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling and account management

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or banking experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
