Descripción del trabajoInpatient Rounding : 50-bed Critical Access Hospital Average census : 8 Covered by local physician teams ED Volume : 8-12 patients / 24-hour shift Connected Campus : Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus Home Base : Fosston, MN Potential Outreach : Oklee & Bagley clinics Nearby Cities : 40 mins to Bemidji 1 hr to Grand Forks 3 hrs to Winnipeg EMR : Epic On-Site Services : PT / OT Behavioral Health Dietitian / Diabetes Educator Lab, Imaging, Path Tobacco Cessation, Weight Management Specialty Outreach : ENT, Cardiology, Oncology, Ortho, Pain, Surgery, GYN, Urology, and Telehealth Services Loan Repayment : NHSC and MN state loan repayment eligible Strong Mentorship : Excellent for early-career physicians Great Work-Life Balance in a collegial environment Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - REQUIRED Fosston, MN : Where the prairie meets the pine Population 2,000 Top-rated school system Abundant outdoor recreation Affordable living, excellent quality of life Close-knit, welcoming community Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win
Family Medicine Physician - Fosston, MNPermanent, Full-Time OpportunityNo OB RequiredGenerous Referral Fees Available Clinical Role & Schedule
- FTE :
- 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours / week
- 32 patient contact hours / week if including inpatient work
- Clinic Hours :
- Monday-Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Saturday Walk-in : 9 : 30 AM - 12 : 00 PM
- Average Clinic Volume : 18-20 patients / day
- Average Procedures : 1-2 per day
- Call Schedule :
- Primary Call : 3-4 days / month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)
- Back-Up Call : 8-10 days / month (support for ED provider)
