Descripción del trabajoBachelor's Degree - Field of Study : Health Information or related. RHIA – Registered Health Information Administrator or RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician. Minimum 3 years of hands-on coding experience. Minimum 1 year leadership experience. Experience with large multi-facility coding operations and vendor management. Certification in coding by AHIMA or AAPC. Evidence of successful KPI management and driver. Strong background in ICD-10 and CPT classifications and corresponding reimbursement methodologies. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Equivalent Experience and Relevant Coding Certification by AHIMA or AAPC (must).
- Minimum 7 years coding experience, at least 3 years in a large acute care network with multiple specialties.
- Minimum 1-year progressive leadership experience.
