Charts all pertinent information in EHR in accurate and in real time. Completes proper resident positioning techniques such as : lifting and transferring, wheelchair fastening and securing, and / or other positioning equipment. Reports any changes in a residents behavior and / or performance to the assigned nurse. Adheres to therapeutic feeding techniques and proper diet for each resident. Adheres to residents assigned positioning, hand splints, AFO, and body brace schedule as directed by PCCA therapy department. Adheres to residents assigned behavioral management plan. Keeps assigned residents room neat ensuring all personal items are safely stored in the proper place. Stock program areas and bedrooms with linens, diapers, and gloves, as needed, on a daily basis.
