A company is looking for Remote Center Agents for the Entire State of Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with prospective homeowners regarding specific home improvement needs

Meet and exceed performance and quality metrics in a fast-paced call center environment

Work a fixed schedule including one weekend day with a minimum of 4 hours

Required Qualifications

Outbound call center experience is required

Above average computer and typing skills; minimum 35 WPM required

Must be a resident of Texas

Ability to commit to a set fixed schedule

Comfortable using a computer while on the phone for extended periods
