Contract Duration : 6+ month with potential to Convert or Extend

Location : Remote - Must reside in US

Not eligible for Corp2Corp

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Describe the performance expectations / metrics for this individual and their team :

Results - creation of low to high fidelity UX design wire frames; figma prototypes; design presentations / decks; Jira stories

Actions – weekly DXE updates and 1o1s; cross-functional partnership w / Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Analytics, Design Ops; various design leadership requests; ongoing design education / training; quarterly design planning

Behaviors– team collaboration; adherence to UX process; proactive
