Job Description

A leading financial technology company is seeking a Fullstack Developer to join their expanding Java team. This is a full-time, hybrid position (2 days onsite) working with cutting-edge technologies including Spring Boot, Java, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka to build mission-critical trading infrastructure.

You'll be building the front-end and back-end applications that power a real-time options trading platform-systems where milliseconds matter and reliability is non-negotiable. This is hands-on technical work solving complex distributed systems challenges : managing event-driven transactions, optimizing for low-latency performance, and ensuring rock-solid stability in a high-volume trading environment. If you're strong in Core Java fundamentals-particularly multithreading and concurrency-and want to see your code handling millions of dollars in transactions per second, this is the role. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and multithreading concepts
• Experience with Spring Boot framework
• Front-end development experience with Angular
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-reliability environments

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with AWS cloud services

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming

Linux / Unix system administration skills

Financial services or trading platform experience
