Motor Club Licensed Sales Associate

A company is looking for a Sales Associate for their Member Contact Center (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Utilize relationship selling to assist members in maximizing membership benefits and planning domestic travel

Provide exceptional service by selling various membership, travel, financial services, and other relevant products

Respond courteously to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment, meeting or exceeding production goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or inbound call environment

A Motor Club License is required for selling and servicing memberships, with costs reimbursed upon securing licensing

Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment at home

Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection is mandatory; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted
