A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Large Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead a team of experienced Enterprise Sales Leaders

Consistently achieve team revenue goals and support strategic sales cycles

Partner with sales leadership to enhance sales processes and report on team performance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams, preferably in SaaS

2+ years of experience managing Enterprise sales leaders in major accounts

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas as a manager and individual contributor

Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing sales teams

High level of business acumen and experience selling to C and VP level leaders
