Our agency opened on September 1, 2018, and we currently have a small, close-knit team of two. Before opening my own office, I worked for two different State Farm agents, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision of the kind of agency culture I wanted to build.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Judy Helwani - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
