🏥 Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – IU Health 4E PCU / MedSurg\n\nLocation : Indiana (specific facility TBD)\nShift : Day 4x12-Hour (07 : 00 – 19 : 30)\n\nShift & Scheduling\n\nShifts : 3x12 or 4x12, Day (07 : 00 – 19 : 30)\n\nWeekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n\nOn-Call Requirement : None\n\nFloating : Yes, within scope to meet facility needs\n\nBlock Scheduling : To be discussed\n\nGuaranteed Hours : \n\n3x12 shifts = 36 hrs / week\n\n4x12 shifts = 48 hrs / week\n\n8–10 hr shifts = 40 hrs / week\n\nRTO Restrictions : Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
