Senior HR Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Systems (Remote - OHIO).

Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks and monitoring for various HR systems, including HRMS, Time and Attendance, and Benefits

Document training requirements and conduct software testing for quality assurance

Partner with functional leads to identify system interdependencies and assist in documenting business requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in human resources technology and / or systems

Proven understanding of relational databases

Strong knowledge of HR systems for resolving complex technical issues

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
