Med / Surg Tele RN

We are seeking a skilled Med / Surg Telemetry RN with a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience. You will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and proficiency with telemetry monitoring are essential.
