A Crew Member is responsible for following proper procedures at all times to uphold our standards for excellence in the areas of Safety, Quality, Friendly and Fast on every shift.

As a Crew Member, you will be expected to provide customers with accurate, friendly, and fast service and show sensitivity to their individual needs.

This position is vital to the operation of the restaurant as you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensure food safety measures are followed to McDonald's standards of excellence

• Provide an outstanding experience for all our guests

• Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant

• Side-by-side training with our teams
