Community First Broadcasting in Spirit Lake, Iowa is currently hiring for a full-time Operations Director and on-air personality. We are looking for an energetic, hard-working on-air talent with broadcasting experience to fill our Operations Director position. You will assist in the daily operations for five radio stations and ExploreOkoboji.com; prepare and perform on-air shifts, remotes, in studio interviews and live appearances. Assist in scheduling of talent and on air shows. Help with equipment and automation issues / upgrades, and keep up with general upkeep of the studios, tower sites, and station vehicles. Experience with Adobe Audition, Nex Gen, and Skylla are a plus. This position is for a team player interested in a broadcasting career.
