POSITION SUMMARY

Join our dynamic engineering team at Marriott, where you will play a vital role in maintaining our luxurious resort environment. As a Senior Engineering Technician, you will :

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tools and machinery, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
• Manage maintenance inventory and procure necessary parts and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members across shifts regarding daily activities and issues.
• Showcase your expertise in building systems and engineering operations, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Utilize advanced engineering computer programs to enhance our maintenance processes.
• Mentor and train junior engineering team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
