Manufacturing Engineer – Permanent Role
Lancaster, MA | $100,000–$120,000 / year (Based on experience)
Join a growing team where innovation meets precision manufacturing. We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements, manage capital and product launch projects, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities :
- Lead new product projects from concept through implementation, including cost analysis, DFM review, tooling design, and production planning
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kanban, Poke Yoke, TPM, etc.)
- Reduce cost, scrap, rework, and set-up time across processes and equipment
- Create and maintain production documentation packages
- Troubleshoot tooling and production processes to support quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with the new product development team and report to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering
