A premier Physical Therapy chain dedicated to patient-centered care, is seeking a part-time / full-time, licensed Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team. We are committed to developing individualized care plans, including management of chronic pains, and we pride ourselves on delivering personalized, one-on-one care.

In this dynamic role, you will :

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs,
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to enhance recovery and manage chronic pain,
Provide hands-on therapy and utilize advanced techniques for effective rehabilitation,
Collaborate with patients to inspire service excellence and improve their quality of life,
Educate patients on treatment options, injury prevention, and wellness strategies, and
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

To be successful in this position, you must possess :

Current New Jersey physical therapy license,

DPT certificate or equivalent,

Strong interpersonal and communication skills,

A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care,

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, and

Flexibility to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Compensation and Benefits :

Part-time : $50-$62.50 per hour.

Full-time : $100K-$125K
