Position Title: Oracle Report Developer

Clearance: Secret

Location: Portsmouth NH On Site

The Oracle Report Developer designs, develops, and maintains complex reports and queries to support mission-critical operations. This position works closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions using Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools. This position includes developing PL/SQL based automation to update records according to stakeholder requirements.

Develop extraction, transformation, and loading pipelines to support application data integration and operational needs.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle-based reports using SQL, PL/SQL, and in house reporting tools.

Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL database applications.

Optimize query performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.

Assist application and web development staff and users on database solutions to business problems; data warehouse architectures; database management system facilities; and capabilities, operation, and tuning of databases.

Work with business units to convert requirements to database objects and implement business intelligence reports to meet organization needs.

Ensure reports meet data accuracy, security, and compliance requirements.

Administer and use current and emerging database tools, strategies, and technologies.

Create and maintain technical documentation for reports and database objects.

Qualifications:

Three (3) or more years' experience developing reports and queries using Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.

OR

Relevant Oracle certifications (such as Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate or Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional) combined with demonstrated practical experience.

Experience writing complex SQL queries including joins, subqueries, and aggregate functions

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
