Role Overview As a Senior Home & Community-Based BCBA, you'll serve as an advanced clinical leader responsible for complex cases, mentorship, and clinical quality across home-based services. You will support families directly while also guiding clinicians and technicians through high-level supervision and consultation.
This role is ideal for experienced BCBAs who value autonomy, mentorship, and meaningful family-centered work-while remaining supported by strong leadership and infrastructure.
What You'll Do - Lead complex Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide advanced clinical oversight for home and community-based programs
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, ACSs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
- Coach clinicians on data analysis, treatment fidelity, and ethical decision-making
- Partner with families to support caregiver training and skill generalization
- Guide teams through proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies
- Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress
- Collaborate with schools, community providers, and interdisciplinary partners as needed
- Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and training initiatives
- In some regions, support supervision and mentorship for clinicians accruing BCBA hours

Qualifications - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Active state licensure (where applicable)
- Minimum of 4+ years of ABA experience, with demonstrated supervisory and leadership responsibilities
- Extensive experience delivering home-based ABA services
- Strong clinical judgment, coaching, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
