About The Position
Registered Nurse – Dialysis (Travel Contract)
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 3x12-Hour Days (07 : 00–19 : 00 or 11 : 00–23 : 30)
Schedule : Every other weekend (Saturday only; unit closed Sundays)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient dialysis setting and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills. This role requires flexibility with shifts and the ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
Monitor and assess patients’ responses to therapy, promptly addressing changes in condition.
Operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines and related equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC electronic health record system.
Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
Provide patient education regarding dialysis care and disease management.
Additional Details
Schedule includes every other weekend rotation.
Must be available to work at least one winter holiday.
Travel candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Active RN license in New York (required; must be in hand before start).
Minimum : 1 year of recent dialysis RN experience (acute or chronic).
EPIC charting experience required.
BLS certification (required).
