Overview :

Seeking a motivated Project Manager to deliver academic facility improvement projects under JOC contracts throughout Chandler. The position involves leading planning, budgeting, and construction for short-duration but high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of project delivery from concept through occupancy.

Track performance indicators including budget adherence and schedule milestones.

Maintain documentation for state compliance and funding oversight.

Coordinate with district maintenance and design staff.

Qualifications :

Five years’ construction project management experience; JOC preferred.

Strong organizational and budgeting abilities.

Excellent communication skills and client engagement experience.
